trouble with tax free childcare account

Hi everyone, We have trouble using the tax free childcare account we have set up recently as the system cannot find our ofsted registered childcare provider. Despite the goverment helpline being quite responsive, they keep telling us different things and try to blame us or our childcare provider for the trouble. I start thinking that it might be their system not working properly. Anyone else having trouble or advise? Thanks, Miri
