Now I know there are seasonal groups for new Mothers to co-ordinate and support each other, and my wife found her group very helpful and made some good friends with our firstborn. I also really enjoyed 'Daddy days' but did find I had to travel to North London if I wanted to arrange a play-date with another Latte Pappa. Now number two is on the way, and although most of us don't have quite as much time for baby pilates as our better halves, I do think it would be great to have a local network of new Dads to help each other out. Message me if keen and if there are more than 3 of us I'll start a whatsapp group.

N.b. I decided not to go seasonal as I don't want to limit it - anyone with a preschooler who does some daddy days during the week is welcome.

  Hello all, Please excuse me/feel free to remove the comment if this isn’t the appropriate place for it. I am an East Dulwich resident writing a story for the South East Londoner (https://www.selondoner.co.uk) about the problems patients are facing with the service at Tessa Jowell GP Surgery and the Health Centre. I would like to speak with people currently or formerly registered with the practice to learn more about their experiences. This story won’t seek to single out or ‘have a go’ at individuals – by most accounts the quality of care for those who do get an appointment is good – but will look at the quality of service and why it seems to be worsening.
