WANTED: desk/studio/workshop space

I am looking for a temporary desk/studio/workshop space in or near SE22. This would be required on thursdays and fridays (or one or the other) - open to negotiation! It would be for sewing primarily, so would need desk and power points and good light. This would mean there is some noise created, but sewing machine is pretty quiet. Thanks!
