Hi I used Lawrence from Elysian finance. I changed my residential mortgage to a buy to let mortgage, because of the added complication of buying my ex out, it was a very complex process. Lawrence was great from the start, and ensured everything transfered over as smoothly as possible.

We had issues on our first mortgage on the hosue in ED as it had subsidence and was underpinned a few yers before,was also in a terrible state and he managed to find a lender that would be suitable and pay - and at an excellent rate !

      The bin outside Harris Primary School has been a spot for fly-tipping weekly. This is now a hazard for the children going to school every day - they have to walk over the rubbish to get into the school! I've see a person who lives across the road dumping her house rubbish to into the bin but I believe it is not only her now but other people too!       This should be supplied by the NHS through a GP referral.  Her height and weight need to be known.  Or are you looking for a loaned one?

      That is horrific.  I can't even believe that this a thing.  Really what planet do these so called humans live on...    It actually says that the little fluff balls will be gassed.    It should be illegal.  At least one person took the time to read the letter.   I am shocked.
