Legal advice wanted - re: business partnership split

Has anyone used a good lawyer for legal advice in a situation involving a partnership split in a business?

A colleague of mine has quite a large interior design business and wants to discuss all the legal implications of dissolving a partnership/ business. There are several directors and shareholders involved. Although they are based locally, he is happy to travel to get the right legal advice if necessary.
