Wanted: recommended builder/handyman to prep and level floor

We have approx 40m squared of floor on which we want to lay cork tiles, and we're looking for someone to do the prep work.

Currently, about three quarters of it is ceramic tiles, and the rest is unfinished concrete. The tiles need to be prepped (sanded and/or primer applied), and a self-levelling screed (Ardex K-15) applied over the whole floor. The unfinished concrete section is a bit lower, and leads to some stairs going down.

If you've had this kind of work done and would recommend who did it, please let me know. We want a high standard but not too pricey, ideally! Thanks.
