Blocked gutter and fascia repair

Looking for someone to unblock and clean a gutter. The downpours have highlighted it - needs a long ladder for access.

I?d also like someone to look at a fascia that the run off from the roof seems to go behind.

Recommendations welcome for someone reliable.
