I just wanted to recommend Annie local ED dressmaker who did a wonderful job altering some clothes for me. One was an expensive dress which it turned out had been cut wrongly and didn?t sit properly. She fixed this. Highly recommend her. 07956 527824

  Thanks all for comments. I've got a scanner and don't think he's chipped. The plan is to befriend him further, and put a paper collar on with my contact details to make absolutely sure he's not owned. Meantime I wish people would neuter!
