Can anyone recommend someone to look at washing machine? (But at a reasonable amount of money)

The washing machine was on and all the water was coming out of the whole of the machine and even through the door while it was closed.

It was coming up with an error message but now we have managed to clear the flood of water this is no longer showing but now I am trying to do a spin (Of all the wet towels used) it is not working?

Really appreciate some advice.

After getting in touch with Samsung it is just still in Warranty thank goodness so they are going to send someone Monday.

Dry cleaners for me until then!
