Wanted: recommendations for design/fit of small bathroom

I?d be very grateful for any personal experiences and recommendations for redesigning/refitting a small bathroom.

I?m looking for good contemporary design that optimises space.

Hi there, we left space at the back of the bath and built a stud wall with a slim floor to ceiling cupboard that has the pipes for the overhead shower, holds kids bath toys, toiletries and our laundry basket. PM me if you want pics.
