I have 15 years experience in managing talent and transforming careers in a range of sectors including Finance, Law, Marketing and the Public Sector. I have a Masters in Human Resources, I am a member of the CIPD, and have organisational strategy and design training, mediation training, and am also qualified to deliver behavioural and motivational profiles.
