Someone to do garden/building work

Hi - looking for someone who can:-

-Put stepping stones into grass.

- put slate on top of walls (it's already there, some of it has fallen off)

- paint a couple of garden walls white (already white - just needs touching up)

- Washing paving stones with a power washer.
