We are laying a new lawn & have to lower the level to a new deck & have discovered the soil is a beautiful grade topsoil, so, rather than it going to the dump , I offer it for free to collect or for a small fee of a couple of bottles of good red wine.   Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
