Dead cat found- Consort Road

My friend has just found a black and white cat on the grass verge opposite 145 Consort Road- unfortunately it's got a head injury and has died. She's going to call the Neighbourhood Vet but I thought someone might know who owns it?

I used to live on that road sadly it is well known for knocking down cats. I myself lost a cat to this road.
