Thank you
His name is Jack and he likes peanuts. He may not be friendly to strangers so if anyone does see him itíll be better off letting me get him.

Is he able to fly or are his wings clipped?

I just spoke to my mum she told me his wings were never clipped and she saw him actually take off into the trees so I donít think heíll be found stuck in someoneís garden. He probably ran off to chase the wild parrots in the area. Maybe heíll come back but at least I have the comfort of knowing he can fly away from any predators

Oh no!

My sister has a lovely African Grey, she would be devastated to lose him.

I do hope that Jack comes back.

ETA: I have peanuts at the ready in case he comes into my garden!

Are you the gentleman who would sometimes sit out Sainsbury's on Dog Kennel Hill with the parrot? If so, he's a beautiful bird, and brought a smile to lots of folk.

I truly hope you find him soon.

Any updates, has he returned, have you found him?

You need to go out calling before it gets light in the morning. If there are lots of trees nearby he will stay locally. Also register him lost on www.parrotalert.com and also on the Facebook pages Lost and Found parrots and also the parrot society [theparrotsocietyuk.org]

Good luck with finding your parrot.
