High pitched noise (boiler?) on Barry Road

My immediate neighbours and I have all noticed a really high pitched noise coming from somewhere between 115 and 119 Barry Road. It's been going almost continuously for more than a week. It kind of sounds like an animal deterrent turned up so loudly that humans can hear it (even over a TV).

The council noise team has been around and said it was probably someone's boiler malfunctioning (apparently a common problem).

Has anyone else noticed this?

I heard that too. Quite annoying sound I must say. I read at https://gradesfixer.com/free-essay-examples/fake-news/ that it wasn't a boiler but some other machine. Maybe you can tell me what at the end it was.
