Is there a free bulky waste option?

I have an A3 printer (broken) That I want to get rid of.

Bulky refuse takes so long to collect and I have to pay ?16 (for up to 10 items but its my only item) Anyone know any other option please?

I took my last printer to the council recycling van that use to pop up in Dulwich Park periodically, but that was a few years ago and I can't find any mention of it on their website any more.

Good recycling centre on the old kent road- seem to take most things

OKR recycling centre has a cage for printers and other electronic (non-screen) items.

Not convinced they?d be able to get out, but that?s the set-up.

You could put it on the freecycle site or maybe get together with friends/neighbours to share the ?16 cost for up to 10 items.
