Postal service, what's wrong with it?

In less than a week I've had four items delivered to my address with another address clearly on them, a letter which had obviously been opened then roughly stuck down again and now a missing chegue.

What's it going to be like at Christmas?

I hope you have complained about these, particularly the last two?


Royal Mail can't do anything about stuff like this unless people tell them.


And probably better to complain centrally rather than directly to the delivery office, so that you can be sure that there's a record of it.

The more people who complain about apparent theft or attempted theft by Royal Mail employees, the more Royal Mail can look at patterns, collect evidence and pin point who is probably responsible. They can then set traps (or they used to, I don't know if they still do).
