Upland Road Annoying Outdoor Security Light

Has anyone on Upland Road on the cross section with Barry Road noticed the annoying night security sensor light that flashes throughout the night? It's very annoying and disturbs sleep and goes off constantly through the night

Rather than post on here about how annoying it is, the light must belong to one of your neighbours so why not politely knock on their door and mention it (or ask someone else to knock if you are shielding) !
