Acccident on B Road, near to the church

Bike, smallish but not a scooter, prone on pavement outside Bread of Life caff. LOTS of emergency servage (not sure whether of the nee naw or woo woo type) but not a victim in sight. Just now. Taped off. Blue lights and all. CSI Dulwich. Nero

Nero. Saw same about an hour earlier. At least 6 police cars which seemed excessive for one scooter so we still dont know what happened

Drove past at about 12:30. Also unsure of what went on. Looked like cops rather than ambulances. Maybe soemone tird to nick the bike and then legged it.

Tried to figure it out at the time and thought similar - but 6 police cars for a nicked bike?

Have checked the news all day to see what it might be but haven't come across anything so am interested if anyone knows more

This is causing serious comflict between my inner journalist and my inner slacker. Should I be up early tomorrow asking questions around the church and the police station or should I sleep in. hmmmmm.
