Two Trees Restaurant

Does anyone know what is happening to The Two Trees Restaurant (Forest Hill Road - just along from The Herne)? It shut down before Christmas and doesn't show any signs of coming back to life...

I don't know what's happening but it'd be great to have a bar/restaurant along there to sit outside in the summer. Theres so much space out the front along there and it's all going to waste.

Its up for grabs , so surely there must be someone out there that could turn it into the much needed Italian Restaurant. Its also got a garden at the back.

Two trees did realy good when Antolias shut but when it opend again it could not compete.
