Fecking freeeeezing. Did you see the guy in the pink shorts (or his underpants) Sue? I reckon he was from up North! big grin I also loved the banner which said something like: "I'm prepared to catch pneumonia". Nice to be back indoors.

Didn't see the underpants, sadly.

Saw the banner. I think it said "I'm so angry I'm prepared to catch pneumonia" big grin

Crikey, we went home to mulled wine in front of a blazing open fire in nearly April!

Excellent 3-0 win at a freezing Tooting & Mitcham ground this afternoon. Great atmosphere and an attendance of 840. Gone back up to the top of the league, although Billericay still have five games in hand.

More good news on the pitch - Hamlet won 3-0 at Needham Market to stay top. Title favourites, moneybags Billericay, got trounced 4-1 at Hendon.

Are games still being played at Tooting and Micham?

Yes, SoozieW, and I think T&M have offered the use of their ground next season too.

That’s correct, but on the understanding that Dulwich Hamlet would be able to return to Champion Hill at short notice, should the opportunity arise. T&M have been a great friend to the Hamlet at this difficult time.

There is only one ‘home’ game remaining at T&M in the regular season - on Saturday 28th April against Margate.

DHFC have four league games remaining and they are likely to be involved in play-off games on Thursday 3rd and (hopefully) Monday 7th May. These are over one leg only with home advantage being determined by the final position of teams placed 2nd to 5th in the league. Dulwich have already qualified for the play-offs but, obviously, the final league positions remain to be determined.

A brilliant 3-0 win today at third place Folkestone Invicta guarantees that Hamlet will finish no lower than second – which gives home advantage in the play-offs. The title is still a slim possibility but it'll be Billericay's if they win at least one of their last two games.

I feel glad of the good news - snathani, dc, and BrandNewGuy. The Pink and Blues have had a lot to contend with of late. Thank you.

UP THE HAMLET!

Worth pointing out that DHFC are guaranteed to finish in their highest league position since 1959, which is brilliant given the nonsense off the pitch.

Well, moneybags Billericay Town won tonight and are champions, so Dulwich Hamlet will definitely finish second and will have home advantage in the playoff semi-final on Thursday May 3rd. But come along anyway to their temporary home at Tooting & Mitcham on Saturday v Margate to give them a rousing send off for the league season.

Well Done to the Hamlet. Used to go 45 years ago when Corinthian Casuals and Chris Joy played alternate weeks there.

In brief seeing they are in their " temporary" home does this mean they have lost their battle to stay at Champion Hill.

Please tell me not....

Does anyone know please whether it’s necessary to buy tickets in advance or whether they will be sold at the gate? Planning to go but a family thing might get in the way and probably won’t know until the last minute if can make it.

Also, is there likely to be parking near the ground?

Thanks.
