CHORALE ? A Sam Shepard Roadshow in SE15!

I am a local producer and proudly present my first show which now comes after a UK tour to London to our local theatre venue, the CLF Art Cafe in the Bussey Building.

Sam Shepard is America's most adventurous and poetic living playwright. His work begins and ends with a road: the route to promise and fulfillment, or damnation - though sometimes the two seem perilously close.

Here is a rare opportunity to experience his work through this unique roadshow that travels the length of that road, backwards, forwards, and any other way it is possible to go.

After a UK tour we are now showing the early piece The Holy Ghostly, the Beckettian dustbowl poem The War in Heaven and the newly devised piece The Animal (You) ? all with a live music score ? in repertoire with the short film Savage/Love by Shirley Clarke. Our musician from band Herons! will also hold free concerts.

Please visit www.presencetheatre.com for a breakdown and more detailed information and where you can find a link to purchase tickets!

Mondays Theatre for a Fiver ? see the whole Roadshow within 7 days for only ?10!

The after show gigs by Herons! (http://heronstheband.com) will take place on Tuesday 17th, Wedneseday 18th and Tuesday 24th in the CLF Bar are for free from ~9.30pm! Come and join us for a listen and a drink!
