Pregnancy Yoga starting Monday 29th April at JAGS Sports Club- available to Members and Non Members

This popular six week Pregnancy Yoga course with Emma will leave you feeling more confident, comfortable and calm in your changing body and mind.


By learning yoga techniques, you will be able to strengthen and stabilise your body, and know how to better ease any aches and pains you may have. You will learn new breathing techniques that will aid relaxation and create a mindful environment, as well as support you through labour, birth and motherhood.


No previous experience of yoga is necessary but you must be in your second or third trimester of pregnancy when the course starts.

To book please call us on 020 8613 6500. The course starts on Monday 29th April and will run for six weeks, excluding bank holidays, at 6.45 - 7.45pm.
