If you feel, in the midst of parenting, that you need the space to nourish, rejuvenate and restore your energy and creativity then this DAY RETREAT FOR MOTHERS is for you! Working within the beautiful Sydenham Garden resource centre we will take space to breathe and connect to our body and to nature through mindful relaxation, art making and creative movement. Mothers of all ages welcome, no need to have experience in any of the above.
