Gentle Flow and Restore Yoga - Friday evenings 18:30 to 19:30 at Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic, 277 Crystal Palace Road.

Slow and mindful movement to build flexibility, strength and balance, combined with supported restorative poses to help relax and destress the body and mind, these classes are designed to help support women who are going through the menopause. Beginner friendly, the class numbers are kept small to provide a friendly and nurturing atmosphere. ?10 per class drop in, or book 6 classes for ?50.
