Hi All

Have you been thinking about a plant based diet and too afraid to commit?

Have you been put off by the actual commitment of change or improvement to a lifestyle you enjoy?

Have you actually even tried really good plant based food that is not fast food?

I chose to follow a plant based diet on 8th November 2019. As first I told myself it was a one day detox, then a weeks detox, then a month and here I am just over a year later and seeing the benefits of a plant based diet.

I am seriously not trying to preach to you about this but if really good plant based food is on your radar then I already run the East Dulwich Supper Club and on Thursday 16th January I will be holding the East Dulwich Supper Club - Veganuary edition!

Please see below for menu and tickets.

The whole menu is plant based and sustainable.

I am sponsored by Filippo Berio Olive Oil so there will be a superb good bag for each guest

You can bring your own wines at no corkage

The ticket price is all you pay

100% of the profits from this supper club will begin to Westminster House Youth Club which will in turn be used for cookery classes for their young people

It would be great to see some of you who are interested in plant based food but too afraid to ask!

    • A quick Google found this, amongst other things: "Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."
    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
    • Crikey. How did you know it was Immigration Enforcement?
    • Saying cyclists are the most antisocial people in London isn't helpful.  Nor is the Standard referring to cyclists as lycra clad louts  Yes we can have an adult conversation.  But emotive knee jerk nonsense is not going to achieve this and just plays into the hands of those wanting a manufactured culture war
