I've recently started TM meditation, which I'm finding amazing. Since I took a course I've realised the power of group medications, so I thought I'd see if there are any fellow TM-ers in East Dulwich who might be interested in starting a group.

I?m doing a talk on the benefits of TM meditation which I?ve practiced for 18 years on Friday evening at The Sparrowhawk in Crystal Palace.7:30 pm It might be useful to all those interested who practice or wish to take it up. Happy to join forces & bring this wonderful practice to as many people as possible in the area .
