I wanted to let you know about a Postnatal pilates class that I teach Thursday mornings at 10.30am via ZOOM.

Class description:


Postnatal Pilates classes offer one of the safest and most effective ways to strengthen, realign and get back into shape after having a baby.

Suitable for those who are 6wks + postpartum, 12 Wks After C-Section.?


10.30am - 11.30am every Thursday.
