I'm offering online workshops where you can make your own fermented drinks for a refreshing Summer brew with added probiotic goodness.
Workshops are as follows:
Sunday 7 June: Pineapple Tepache (a fizzy thirst quencher with Mexican origins, vegan recipe)
Monday 22 June: Probiotic lemonade (vegetarian recipe, contains whey)
Just a few simple ingredients are required for each workshop so you won't have to source anything unusual! No experience of fermentation required.
