Boiler Fan for Worcester Bosh 24I Junior or similar

I replaced this fan brand new a few months ago but unfortunately my boiler was already too old and now had to buy a new one only a few months later hence selling the fan.

I have no clue about these parts but the gas engineer is the one who fitted it originally and the one who has now removed it and adviced.

With boilers breaking down often in this weather I will give it a go locally before advertising on eBay
