Wooden sofa bed with futon mattress. This is the height of a normal sofa rather than a futon. It is currently dismantled so I have also attached some photos from a website to show what it looks like when assembled. It is very easy to assemble. As you can see in the picture of my dismantled one, there are basically 4 parts and some screws. The futon mattress that I have is cream rather than black.   Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.
