Flat clear out: wood flooring, toy chest, PC monitor avail

We have miscellaneous bits and pieces avail after a refurb in Forest Hill.

Wood floor:

I have one carton (2.77m2 per carton) of Engineered Oak wood floor, in perfect condition. Dimensions: 190mm x 10mm x 1820mm. (https://www.wood4floors.co.uk/product/lion-oak-jetty-brushed-and-oiled-natural-oak-wood-floor-natural-distressing-london-stock-190mm-unilin-click-fit-system/)

Would be perfect to cover a small space like a utility room/walk-in/loft space. See pictures for how it looks installed.

Toy chest:

Small/medium sized white toy chest, assembled and in good condition. W55cm x H48cm x D34cm.

PC monitor:

24" Acer monitor, HDMI, VGA ports. In need of AC/DC power bank but otherwise works perfectly.

It's a wood/mdf material, I'd guess. It's a solid piece.
