Hello,

I have an original limited edition watercolour framed print from Mark Ashmead of Dulwich College. My partner attended the college over 20 years ago, so this is more of an 'original' vintage style print and is lovely. Mark is still producing work now.

Thought it may be of interest to someone on this forum who's son/grandson is attending the college.

Print is ?20 framed. Dimensions are 9.5" x 7.5"

Feel free to message with any questions.

Payment ideally by Paypal and will post for ?4.00 Signed Delivery.

Otherwise, also happy to meet in Dulwich and pay on collection.

I'm also selling a Sydenham High School for Girls.

More on the artist:

Mark Ashmead is a retired architect, and his illustrations combine his enthusiasm for architecture with his skills in drawing and watercolour painting.

His work has been exhibited several times in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions, and in the Royal Watercolour Society.

Commissions have included illustrations for books, magazine articles, architectural practices, and estate agencies.

Mark works in both pen-and-ink line work, and in watercolour media specialising in small illustrations which combine fine detail with traditional 'wet-in-wet' washes.

His technique is particularly suitable for local views of villages and towns. To date, he has sold over 5000 limited edition prints of his paintings.

    • That is clearly not true. I see car drivers breaking the law on an hourly basis - jumping red lights, speeding, not obeying the general rules. Plus they are operating considerably more dangerous machinery and should have a greater responsibility of care to other road uses. You can see who causes the most harm by the stats.

    • A quick Google found this, amongst other things: "Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."
    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
