*** Gorgeous black cotton Calvin Klein dress for sale ***

?40 ONO ??collection preferred (delivery contingent on schedule/postcode)

US size 2, UK size 6 (though I am now an 8 and it still fits nicely)

Just below knee length, lightweight fine cotton (100%) with lining. Very comfortable, no see-through legs moments!

Bought in 2007 in New York. Very good condition, always dry cleaned. Ideal for office (when reopened!) or formal or informal occasions. Works beautifully with bold accessories.

Lovely neckline with same design mirrored at back (the two full-length photos show front and back). Bandeau cord cinch wrapping at waist and mid-full skirt with cord detail at hem.

  Hi everyone, I'm in the process of purchasing a flat in East Dulwich - 2 bed victorian conversion. It's a leasehold flat owned by Southwark Council. We've already had a few things come up in the purchasing process that has spooked us - for example S20 notice for a huge maintenance/repair cost bill which has now been dropped. So we are keen to do a bit more fact-finding on the leaseholder-freeholder experience. It would be great to know of people's experience owning a leasehold flat - and how often you are billed for unforeseen maintenance/repair costs. It would also be good to know if anybody has any experience buying the freehold from Southwark Council? Thanks!
