Hi me and my neighbour are looking to buy our freehold from the freeholder and want to know our rights and understand the legal ins and outs Does anyone have recommendations in the ED/Peckham area of a good solicitor who knows their way around all of this? TIA

I would also like to add my recommendation to the list for Stephen and his team. Hugely professional and really nice guy. I have just had my flat kitted out with new carpets with him and love it!!! Stephen came round to the flat with loads of samples, spent time explaining all the different options and left them with me to make my choice of colour. He and his team came and removed my old carpet early so I could get decorators in and then came back a few week later and laid the new carpet Nothing was too much trouble, the quality of his work is fantastic and he and his team moved all the large furniture around which is a huge help (as not a lot of other firms do this) If I ever move I will be using him again - thanks Stephen and team

Hi I have my managing agent wanting to do some work at my property and have given us 2 companies that they say they have used a lot before but I can?t seem to find anything about them anywhere I thought I?d come on here to see if anyone has heard of them and if so have used them before? I would also like to add my voice to this thread, Julian completed fitted wardrobes and units in both my bedrooms for me and did a great job. He?s really honest in what he can do and what works in the space you have offering some great ideas for design and works really fast. Really good at communicating with you before, during and after and was a pleasure to have in my home for the week The finished article is fantastic, really makes the rooms and I have SO much storage now - I don?t know how I managed without all of it before! Highly recommend!!!!

Just so you know the Peckham side is just as bad I am in SE15 and got my Christmas cards middle of jan took a month to get to me, I?m lucky if I get post 1 a month so it?s just bad full stop. Have also signed the petition

Hi I have used Julian Richards - London Fitted Wardrobe Co - there is a separate thread on here showing all his work. I would recommend Atanas at Big Small Building Solutions, they do kitchens and bathrooms. They have just done my bathroom and total refurb, took everything away, and refit and it looks amazing He has attention to detail and keeps you up to date and reasonable price I?m saving up for my kitchen! Hi I would just like to add my recommendation for Atanas and his team. They have just done a fantastic job on renovating my bathroom. Really impressed with the work delivered and felt it was a really reasonable quote for the amount of work and level of craftsmanship they have done. Atanas is extremely professional, great communication before and during the works, he managed the job really well and on time (which with the amount of work that was needed I was really impressed). He provided all the plumbing material and offered his trade discounts at shops for tiles etc I moved out to let him get on with the work and felt very happy for him to have keys etc - he left my flat all tidy Already saving up to get him back for my kitchen!!

New Lotus King on Bellenden Road, Peckham is great - have the pancake rolls you are on about and decent spare ribs - decent price and if you are in the area will deliver

Hi I go to The Gardens near Peckham Rye - see Farzana Islam who was great with sorting out a crown for me. They have a hygienist there too who is really good. Have quite a few of my friends that go there

I would also love to find someone as have a similar issue so if there is anyone out I?d love to hear from you too
