  1. Absolutely not. If we have 100% representation from any one political party, as we do, then this is what we get. Mistrust. And some of us are represented by councillors who hold positions in organisations that work in the interests of major house builders and developers in the Borough of Southwark. Surely a conflict of interest? But perhaps The Labour Party are too busy disregarding women to even discuss this as a motion. Their hypocrisy is stunning and they aren?t even a decent opposition party.
  2. Parked in Grove Vale earlier, as the passenger I tried to register the car, required now even for the free 30 minute stay. After a pin change, entering reg plate twice, it then required a credit card (or debit card?)I didn?t have any cards with me. It was a short stop and go and driver returned within 15 minutes. A right ol faff.
  3. Found in Dulwich Village today. Did you have your 2nd vax (Pfizer)today or know someone who did that has lost their card. (No name on card, a number)
  4. If you know or indeed are Catherine Tomlinson do get in touch, credit card in your name found in Camberwell Grove. If no response within 2 days, shall cut and return to company. This has now been returned to credit card company stating when/where found.
  5. Found on pavement outside 191/193 Camberwell Grove. On a distinctive key ring. PM if you think it might be yours.
  6. If you lost a distinctive Prada purse and ordered a take away drink in Starbucks between 3pm-3.15pm today... Found and handed in at Starbucks, they are holding in their safe for you.
  7. Just a heads up really, we all know this type of crime is prevalent but it goes quiet for a bit and perhaps we become complacent or just forget. Last night at 11.30pm 2 guys on a moped, dressed in black and wearing balaclavas completely covering their faces, were driving around the Champion Hill/Dog Kennel Hill area. They quickly changed direction to follow that of a lone person out walking. They then took a turn into an area to what it appeared was to lie in wait for this person to pass by. Person realised what may have been about to happen and legged it off in the opposite direction. Just be aware, stay safe and remind your family/friends that this is still happening in our community. Am trying to report to 101z
  8. I complained to M&S yesterday and tried unsuccessfully to get through to the store by phone however I have just spoken to the store manager who has promised that they will not operate from the store today or in future. It seems they just arrived, said ?they collected last year? and were allowed in, no questions asked??? They seem to target M&S...perhaps M&S need to ensure all their branches local to UCKG outlets know.
  9. Young all black CockerPoo type dog running scared around Camberwell Grove (10.15am) Dog Kennel Hill, Champion Hill, Sainsburys ED, Greendale, East Dulwich Estate...running in road with several near misses. Last seen in Sulwich Village at 11am No idea if Male/female. Have reported sighting to Neighbourhood Vets/London Animal Hospital. I?m sorry we couldn?t catch, lots of people involved but dog is scared and very fast. Hoping Dog is reunited with owner.
  10. PEM30 is on reverse of flyers. This offers a 30% discount.
  11. Ok leaving this on here for now but we have found someone who is in your tutor class so can get the cards back to you!!
  12. Edcam...you won't regret it. We recently used the London Animal Hospital because of an emergency (they are open 24 hours) and did not seem financially led, ie they didn't ask if our dog was insured. Sometimes I wonder if various unnecessary tests are carried out on insured animals. The vet at the London Animal Hospital wanted to see our dog post op 3 times, at no additional charge. Other vets may have charged for these additional consultations. Have a look at what they do on Twitter/Instagram.
