Does anyone know what they are doing on Oglander, is it a roundabout? I couldnt quite work it out from the extended footpath they have done too! The website says page not found when clicking through "Raised table, fusion blocks. Permit follows three way lights works"

We are in a Victorian property that has a lean-to at the side. Currently, watertight/plumbed/electrics, however looking for the corrugated plastic roofing to be removed, disposed of and a replacement roof installed. New flashing required, and some timber replacement where rotten. Double poly-carbonate plastic roof sheets have been recommended but open to other suggestions. Been ripped off by one builder, hoping to track down a reliable person to quote/complete work.

We found John through online recommendations on EDF and Facebook. John has a fantastic eye for detail, discussed alternative options with us when we asked for advice and delivered on time and to a very high standard. Whilst the kitchen was out of use when we had the refurb John was mindful to leave the space tidy at the end of each day, and took good care with refurbishing the room. John is supported by his wife Gabi on the admin side of this and it's works great. Good communication and a smooth, hassle free job completed well. John has good contacts for electric and gas works. Full kitchen refit, flooring laid, painting, fitting of kitchen, cut/fit of solid oak work top etc. Lighting, installation of gas hob/electric oven. Outstanding quality work and good value! We have taken up our carpet and are now looking to have our floor boards sanded and restored ideally within the next 4 weeks. I would appreciate any recommendations for who to use/avoid! Thanks
