  1. We are moving on our bundle of reusable nappies as no longer needed. This is a truly enormous bundle of nappies from a range of brands which will suit a child from around 8 weeks to potty training. All nappies are clean and have been washed according to the nappy lady washing instructions. Please be aware of the following: There is some staining to many of the nappies. This may well come out when washed & placed in the sun. The nappies have been in storage for some time so would benefit from a strip wash before use. The nappies are generally otherwise in good condition but some of the motherease all in one nappies have frayed edges (although these nappies have excellent containment regardless of this) The bundle is priced deliberately low to account for any defects, need for strip wash and priced to go. This is a real bargain for anyone thinking of using reusable nappies as these will save a fortune compared to the price of disposables. Bundle includes: 40 motherease all in one nappies, most with snap in boosters 19 Tots bots bamboozle nappies, most with snap in boosters 15 size 1 little lamb nappies (2 tots bots same size) 4 size 2 little lamb nappies 5 motherease small airflow wraps 2 motherease medium airflow wraps 5 motherease large airflow wraps 23 bambino mio all in one nappies 8 vest extenders Lots and lots of fleece liners and boosters of various sizes and absorbancies Will also include a selection of other brand all in one/2 part nappies that didn’t work as well for us but might work for someone else. Bundle to go all as one. Collection from SE22 near Harris primary school

  7. Dear all, I?m afraid that we need to cancel today?s Book Club. We?re so sorry to cancel at the last minute as we were so looking forward to it but things have happened outside of our control such that we?re no longer able to attend. We?re planning to relaunch in a few months once the worst of the Coronavirus outbreak is behind us. I hope people enjoyed the book and stay well. Helena x
  8. East Dulwich Parents Book Club This Monday, 16th March at 12pm, The Cherry Tree. Book - Olive Kitteridge by Elizabeth Strout. Please come along whether you?ve read all, some or none of the book. We?re a friendly bunch trying to get book club back up & running again - new members very welcome!
  9. SAVE THE DATE ? Monday 16th March 12pm East Dulwich Parents Book Club is back! We?re a child-friendly book club for parents in and around East Dulwich. We aim to meet monthly and always keen to have new members. Bring your little one along, stay for a drink and some lunch and discuss a book. It?s a lovely way to meet other parents and have a bit of grown-up time too! After a several month break, we will be restarting book club on Monday 16th March. We have a new venue ? The Cherry Tree, near East Dulwich Station. They have a great space with plenty of room for buggies, and lots of highchairs. The table will be available from 11:30am. This month?s book is: Olive Kitteridge, by Elizabeth Strout, which won the 2009 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. The author has recently released a sequel, Olive, Again. Please RSVP on our facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/435424186954278/ (or send me a private message)
  10. I want to post a message of support for the Organic Village shop on Lordship Lane (near East Dulwich Grove). They are now selling a range of zero waste items such as milk on tap (& reusable glass bottles) wine, oils & vinegars on tap, cleaning products and dry foods. I had a long chat with the owner, Amarjit, who is passionate about reducing plastic waste & changing the way we shop. The shop has been there for a while but I think the new range is a great addition to the street, as I often don?t have time to get to the zero waste shops in Nunhead/Peckham. I?m in no way affiliated to the shop (just in case anyone was wondering!), but happy to support local businesses & any initiatives to help the environment.
  11. We would also gladly recommend Hussein. He has redecorated three rooms in our house to a very high standard. He is reliable, trustworthy and polite.
  12. Hello, my husband and I are expecting our first baby in September. I'll send my number to Waffo- we'd love to get to know some parents-to-be. Helena
  13. Kelly from South London Spray Tan did spray tans for me before my hen party and wedding day. I'd never had a spray tan before, so wasn't quite sure what to expect but I was really pleased with the results. I had lots of compliments about how natural the tan looked and it looks great on the photos! Kelly was kind, professional and prompt, and I would recommend her service.
  14. Hi HRE, Have you got any further with Silvester Road Hangar? I'd be interested.
