  1. *𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙀 𝙄𝙉 π™‰π˜Όπ™‰π™‰π™” π™π™Šπ™‡π™€* (OPEN TO LIVE OUT AS WELL) Please get in touch if interested. ABOUT US: We’re a busy, happy, and lively family of five (six if you count our cockerpoo). We have three wonderful children: πŸ‘ΆπŸ» a girl, (1yr old) and πŸ‘¦πŸ»πŸ‘¦πŸ» 2 boys (3.5 & 5yrs old)πŸ™ŽπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ. LOCATION: Beckenham, South London. 10mins to Brixton and Herne Hill, 25mins to London Victoria, London Bridge and Charing Cross. We have a large house with a good sized garden with climbing frame and a dedicated playroom for the kids. There is plenty of space. ROOM: You'll have a private double room at the top of the house, with TV and private bathroom which is newly refurbished. ABOUT THE ROLE πŸ… We’re looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable nanny to become part of our family. ⏰ ️Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm - The boys go to school full time 9am - 3pm. - Our girl does 2 afternoons a week at a nursery, so you have more time to focus on the boys. - You’ll have sole charge when the children are not in an official childcare setting but often we put the boys in kids club during the holiday period. 🏑 Live in/residential nanny preferred but open to live out as well. πŸš— A driver is preferable, and a car is provided for the school run. 🐢 We have a cockapoo who is a five star love dog who loves a cuddle so a dog lover is a must. 🌍 We go to Portugal and other countries every year and would love the nanny to join but this is not essential. What do you need to know? 🧘 Our eldest has mild SEN and goes to an Occupational Therapist. We’re looking for someone who can use creative ideas to engage the children yet set clear boundaries. A SEN aware nanny is ideal but a willingness to learn is great. πŸ“ You’ll prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the children. A passionate cook is a must. You’ll bathe and care for the kids as we would. 🧹Light housework associated with the kids (i.e. cleaning up after meal time), their laundry etc. We hire a cleaner 2 x a week. ✏️ Our boys are learning to read/write/count, etc. We’d love for you to help them with fun games after school. πŸ’‘Prior experience with early years children is needed (be it a previous nanny, nursery worker, teaching assistant etc). SEN experience would be ideal (specifically SPD/ADHD), but this is not a mandatory. SALARY: Approx Β£35,000 per year based on experience.

  4. We live next to Queen's Road Peckham. We're a family of 4 including our Cockapoo dog, Indie who is 1year old. Indie is a loving, energetic Cockapoo. She absolutely adores people - walks, cuddles, runs, licks. You name it! Indie loves company. She's great with children and very well socialised with other dogs. I return to work in Sept/Oct so we need someone who lives in the local area to look after Indie for 4/5days a week - regular commitment. We'd need Indie to be picked up by 8am and dropped off from 6.30pm each day. If you're interested or know of anyone then send me a message. Picture of Indie attached. She's cute! Thanks Rachael
  5. Hi EDF We have a 7month old Cockapoo. She's absolutely lovely - caring, loyal and loving. Great with children. She has a HUGE problem. She can't be left alone for even 30secs without howling. She's been like this since birth. The neighbours are now complaining and I feel like i'm a prisoner in my home. I can't even pop our to buy milk. I've tried the usual confidence training to help her be left alone. This hasn't worked. Now I have a 3month old baby and I simply don't have the time to do this training and i'm frankly not an expert in this. I'd like my dog to go on a 'dog training camp' ideally where an expert trainer helps get rid of this. If this continues i'll need to get rid of her which is so sad. Please let me know if you have any recommendations. Thanks Rachael

  11. Hi EDF Does anyone have recommendations for companies that sell & ideally install engineered wood flooring? We need to replace our carpet with a cheapish solution before we conduct our larger renovation in 2years. We could choose carpet but i'm hoping we can progress with a reasonable quote for engineered wood. Thanks
