Hi there I'm looking for a builder who will be able to take on an internal building job with a few different elements: creating a new WC in a basement, moving some non-structural walls to create a new kitchen space and fitting a kitchen, all with some refurb / finishing aspects. I have tenants so I'd like it done fairly quickly to cause minimum disruption, but I'd like someone I can trust to do a good job and not just slapdash to meet a timetable. All recommendations gratefully received!
