Hello, I have been trying for several months to get some scaffolding that was erected at our renovation removed, with no luck. Despite the company telling me on multiple occasions they are coming, they never actually remove it. It's now causing huge delays and have no choice but to seek legal action. If anyone has experience with a good solicitor who may be able to help or can provide any advice on this I'd be most grateful. Currently at wits end! Thanks, Becky

Hello, My partner and I have recently submitted plans for a side extension at our Victorian terrace in Peckham. Unfortunately our architect who drew the initial plans is unable to proceed in providing the construction drawings we need for our builder. Recommendation needed for someone to re-tile and damp proof our front steps We have a Victorian top floor flat whose front steps need re-doing with some damp proofing to stop damp entering the basement flat. Any recommendations for someone to fix this will be most helpful Many Thanks Becky
