Hi, we are looking to knock through a wall between kitchen and dining room to create a spacious kitchen diner. Bit unsure as to whether to approach an architect/kitchen designer/builder etc. I would love to hear from anyone who has had a similar job done how they went about it. I would be so grateful if anyone has any recommendations for a good damp work company. We have an unusual scenario as there are patches of damp at the top of our wall (above the chimney breast) but the water can't be coming via a leak in the roof as we've just had this replaced. I'm not sure if we need a roofer or a specialist damp company, but any suggestions or recommendations would be very much appreciated. Thanks for reading!
