Hello Robert Poste's Child (not sure how to tag!) The group caters to all abilities and as a rule 'never leaves a man behind' - here is a dedicated group of power walkers so worry-ye-not. Exercises are shown at different levels also. It's a great group and we always meet for sausage sandwich (me) and quaffee at the end of the sesh. Hope to see you! Antonia x
