  1. Frederico cut my husband and sons hair today and we were all so happy with the haircuts. It was lovely to meet him and I can?t wait for him to cut my hair soon. We would really recommend him. Thank you.
  2. Friday 27 ? Saturday 28 September, 2019 One Tree Hill, Honor Oak Park Road, SE23 ?5.75 ? ?6.50 + booking fees ?a work celebrating our belonging to the wider fabric of the universe ? something we often forget? Aesthetica Magazine Experience French & Mottershead?s moving audio work Woodland at the first public outdoor staging of the work in London at One Tree Hill, Honor Oak. Woodland describes your body?s slow fade into the leaf litter of the forest floor, whilst lying under the ancient oak on top of One Tree Hill. This work connects you deeply to your body and to the oak itself, and considers the biological and chemical processes that continue long after you are conscious, as you are gently subsumed by the earth over thousands of years. Woodland is one of four works from French & Mottershead?s Afterlife series: exploring stories in poetic yet forensic detail, of the human body?s decomposition and the influence of different environments. They collaborated with forensic anthropologists, ecologists and conservators in developing each piece, researching minute details in the science of decay and renewal to create a series of works that puncture our fear of the unknown. Booking essential: You can experience this meditative and deeply affecting work by booking tickets using the link below. Each listening experience lasts 30 minutes. This is an outdoor work. Please remember to bring a form of ID with you, wear warm, waterproof clothing and sensible shoes. Woodland explores death and decomposition and is recommended for ages 14 and over or by parental guidance. We are offering a 10% discount to Southwark Presents card holders. https://theballadofpeckhamryewoodland.eventbrite.co.uk
  3. Hi Our cleaner is looking for another house to clean every other Thursday for 3-4 hours. I don?t think she has other slots available. She is reliable, trustworthy and thorough. Send me a message if you would like her details. Thanks, Tam
  4. Hi We are looking for someone to strip 2 Victorian doors and fit them which requires altering the door frames. Also building some shelves, fitting and boxing in an extractor and possibly refurbishing a Victorian front door. We would like someone good who is reasonably priced as we have had a couple of really expensive quotes. Thanks very much, Tam
  5. Hi, Our brilliant cleaner Ola has some time on Wednesdays and Saturdays and is looking for some more work. She is really good, thorough and very friendly. PM me if you would like her details. Tam
  6. I would like to highly recommend this group. I loved going to Elizabeth's singing group. I have 2 kids and have tried various classes and groups and haven't enjoyed any as much as this. I really looked forward to it every week. It is at Elizabeth's house which makes it really relaxed and welcoming. She is a brilliant teacher and host, and also makes amazing cakes! I met lots of other lovely women who I hope to keep in touch with.
  7. Hello, I have just found a debit card on Lordship Lane, PM me if it belongs to you. Otherwise I will contact the bank in the next few days to notify them. Thanks
  8. Appalling conditions for station users esp during peak times. I welcome a second ticket machine, but don't really think that's the main issue here - actually extending the ticket hall would be a better solution, it's remarkable how anyone thought the size/capacity of the current entrance would ever meet the needs of such a busy station.
  9. Apologies Kitwhitfield, I'm not, but Penguin68 you know where to find me re guerrilla tree planting. Abe_Froeman totally with you on that one!
  10. Hi, I have had a couple of websites done by a brilliant local web designer called William Burton. His website is: http://www.wrburton.com/ He is really good to work with, made the process very simple and straightforward. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted for both sites and he took everything I said on board and then came up with loads of good ideas and produced sites that I was really pleased with. A few friends and colleagues have since commissioned him to make their sites and all have been please with the results. He is not the cheapest around but I really feel you pay for what you get. Please PM me if you want any more info. Tam
  11. Excellent, it would be great to know which cinema chain (when you are able to let people know).
  12. Or to a piece of string? You could also to and ask a friendly refuge worker with a cart to borrow his grabber. Good luck.
  13. I have been looking too. I could not find yoga but found pregnancy pilates 1.30-2.30 on Monday at Dulwich Leisure Centre.
  14. Hi, I can highly recommend Malcolm Weir, who built some floating shelves for me and some wardrobes. He is reliable and reasonably priced and a perfectionist which is desirable in a carpenter. His number is 0774 555 3232. His website is http://weirwoodwork.com/
  15. Hi, I would like to recommend a local web designer who also does logos etc. He is brilliant and very flexible. I have worked with him on a number of projects. His name is Will and his website is http://www.wrburton.com/
