  1. I've been with Plusnet for nearly 20 years, 15 here in ED. Recently moved to full fibre with them, and it's been very reliable/stable. I find customer services fantastic. Important to call them when they are about to renew your contract. Haggle, and always, in my experience, I have managed to get a very good deal.
  2. Get it for less than that. Cat 8 Ethernet cable should only be around £20 for 20 metres. Amazon sell plenty and at least if it's rubbish you can send it back!

out of curiosity, which word is racist?
  4. The consultation has ended, which is why you can't comment any more.
  5. Agreed. If I were to get another cat, whether vaccinated or not, I would prefer to have them looked after at home.

  7. I was going to say about sharing brown bins, plus taking turns to go to the recycle centre. I would encourage composting though, as it irks me that we pay the council to remove our compostable waste, who compost it, bag it, then sell it back to us!
  8. I was quite glad to be honest. My regular is pretty generic, but since it was closed, this was very welcome. There are plenty offering non generic food on the various apps. Sometimes all you want is tried and tested comfort food! Personal choice, room for all. 🙂
  9. They may not NEED vaccinations, but if you want to board them at all, most catteries and kennels require them to be up-to-date with the vaccinations offered.
  10. I tried Chi Chinese last night, relatively new I believe. They are on Lordship Lane. Was really nice. I used Deliveroo, but I think they are on UberEats and Just eat too.
  11. Maybe there is a need though. Perhaps they don't wake early enough to be able to put it out on the car at 8.30am. Not everyone, especially those with disabilities, can be up at the crack of dawn!
  12. I was under the impression a disabled badge is registered to just the person, not the vehicle. Allows them to use it in any car they might drive or be a passenger of. So putting the registration on it, would be restrictive.
  13. as the link says, all pharmacies are obliged to take old/unwanted medicines. https://cpe.org.uk/national-pharmacy-services/essential-services/disposal-of-unwanted-medicines/
  14. I think they mean Glassmills which is Lewisham.
