I have been along to Stephen?s Qi Gong classes a couple of times and am hooked. It?s a wonderful simple balance of breathing, movement into different poses which stretches out your whole body and helps move energy around and relax your mind. At the end of the session a lovely silent meditation lying down at the end, which Stephen?s guides us through, which is really relaxing for body mind and soul. Didn?t want to open my eyes last night as so relaxed. Highly recommend for everyone and all ages. Thanks Stephen!

Another recommendation for Mark Newlove I first used him last year based on all the positive recommendations on EDF and he is my go to man now. He has just done my annual landlord safety check and fixed the diverter valve diaphragm at a reasonable price and he fitted me in at short notice, which was great as my tenants has no hot water.
