I go to a class run by Lewisham Adult Education at the Brockley Rise Centre, close to Stanstead Road. It's called Keep Fit with Gentle Exercise with an excellent tutor (a Pilates teacher). The class is not so gentle, as you work at your own level of fitness, and we need to recruit a few more people to keep our funding.
