  1. Husband went to walk in at Kings on Monday. In and out in 20 minutes. No issues.
  2. Takes forever to get one too. We applied to have one put into the lamp post outside our house 12 months ago and we haven't heard anything. Anyone know how long the wait list is?
  3. Hi all! I'm due with my second baby in September 2021. I joined the Summer Babies group back in 2018 with my first, and it was a great support group to have during pregnancy and the first year. Many of us are still in touch today! If anyone is due in the Autumn (September, October or November) and would like to join the Whatsapp group, please message on here / DM me your number and I'll set up a group for all of us. Take care, Bridie x
  4. For anyone who is interested - Renata responding to say that since Christmas they haven't bothered to pick up any missed collections due to staff numbers. Why the opportunity to report a missed collection exists is beyond me. It serves no purpose.
  5. Quite a good time for them to get back in business, I'd say. You can't buy garden furniture for love nor money online at the moment!
  6. Also on FHR and weren't informed. Will it be closed to all traffic or just buses, do you know?
  7. Those cakes are amazing and that woman is lovely! Enjoy your cake :)
  8. Thanks, I'll email Renata. Seems like it must be someone at Southwark giving answers without actually knowing what the answer should be. I cannot believe there would be a policy that exists for no reason whatsoever. Or maybe I can...
  9. 10 points to me for the most boring thread of all time. Last week our recycling bins weren't collected. The entire street, as far as I know. I've reported a missed collection and just had a response saying that the next date for collection is the 14th (two weeks after the last one), and I should wait till then. Is this correct? If the answer is "wait till the next one" what is the point of reporting a missed collection? In the meantime I have three binbags full of recycling in my kitchen, with another 6 days to go for our - seemingly monthly - collection.
  10. What a rotten run of luck. Signed, and wishing you all the very best.
  11. Whippersnappers at Brockwell Lido is lovely.
  12. If they are stealing kids' toys and physically restraining other children against their will then why wouldn't you call the police? Abusive behaviour doesn't start at 18.
  13. I?ve got one living under my dishwasher. He?s all yours if you can catch him.
