Hello! We are looking for an after-school / holiday nanny from November. The hours would be 3.00 - 6.30pm Mon - Thurs and longer during school holidays. Our daughter is at school in Herne Hill and our son is at school in West Dulwich. The role would involve collection from both schools, bringing them home for homework, supper, playtime and a few pre-bath-time cartoons. About an hour ago, a man with an Irish accent knocked at the door and flashed a tatty ID card which said something like ?Hawkers?. I said I was too busy so didn?t let him get started on his sales pitch and shut the door. I felt it looked like he was trying to look inside the house and round the side. I think this must be a scammer so worth others being wary. We?re near Tessa Jowell Health Centre.
